Book Launch Par-tay

I’m recovering from my ICD implant procedure quite well, despite minor annoyances and discomforts. I’ll spare you those details!

Dude, where’s my book?

I feel as though this is THE million-dollar question. The ball is in my publisher’s court, as I await the next steps for getting the ball going for a 30-day promotional sale on Amazon. All of this should be happening ANY DAY now and I am eager to get this par-tay started.

The good news is that YOU ALL will receive your paperback books before anyone else is able to do so. Stay tuned!

Three ⚡️ in 31 Seconds

⚡️ Today is World Gratitude Day, a day to stop and count your blessings, extend your gratitude to those around you and let the lighter side of the universe shine through so that you can truly enjoy this day. It's also a great time to reconnect with good friends and family who have been lost or forgotten in the passing of time. Gratitude is a powerful tool for positive change. It shifts our focus from what we don’t have to what we do have and from the past to the present moment. Gratitude helps us appreciate the good in our lives and makes us happier people. Why does gratitude have such positive outcomes? Because it has a direct impact on our health and well-being. Studies show that gratitude reduces stress, improves sleep quality, lowers blood pressure, and even increases our immune system functioning. I’m grateful for life and the cognitive ability to write to you, dear reader. What are you especially grateful for, today?

Writes On Repeat by Kevin Alexander

On a much smaller scale, I had the day off yesterday. Usually "day off" really just means that I'm not at my day job--every other obligation/appointment/whatever stays on the calendar. Not yesterday. For the first time in a long time, I had absolutely zero to do. And it was wonderful. I'm really grateful I'm in a place where I can do that every once in awhile.
