⚡️ My TEDx talk has been out for just two weeks, and I've already secured two speaking engagements! On top of that, it has garnered over 15,000 views. Holy smokes! Who else do you think would benefit from watching it? I'll finally watch it once it hits 15,331 views. Send this link for quick access: https://bit.ly/radicalTEDx.
⚡️ "When facing a problem, ask yourself: is there anything I need to remove?" The research foundation for why we default to thinking about what we might add instead of what we might remove is quite interesting. When people face problems or tasks that can be changed, they usually prefer to add new things rather than remove existing ones. This preference for adding things happens because it's easier and more straightforward mentally. People naturally go for adding because it's more obvious and requires less mental effort compared to thinking about what can be removed.
My vote in this line up is a tie between Donny Hathaway and India Arie - Two brilliant visionaries with unending talent, passion, and messages to us all to "Get it together, so "Someday We'll ALL be FREE"!

Although Quincy is ALWAYS on top.
"Dreams." Because the lyrics give us life-long-lessons!!!!
My vote is for Chaka Khan & Rufus w/ "Sweet Thing." No one has a voice quite like her and no one does it better.
